1. Commission Structure

1.1. Expert Man Power Sdn Bhd agrees to pay the Agent(the “Recipient”) a commission for Recruitment or transactions generated in accordance with the terms specified in this agreement.

1.2. The commission rate will be flat rate for RM30 from each  Recruitment completed as a result of the Recipient’s efforts.

2. Commission Calculation

2.1. Commissions will be calculated based on specific criteria and will be determined by the total amount received by Expert Mapower Sdn Bhd from each eligible transaction.

2.2. Commission calculations will be made monthly and will be based on transactions completed and payments received within the relevant period.

3. Payment of Commissions

3.1. Commission payments will be made monthly [number] days of the end of the calculation period] by [method of payment, e.g., bank transfer, check].

3.2. Commission payments will be accompanied by a statement detailing the transactions that generated the commission and the calculation used.

4. Minimum Commission Threshold

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

6. Termination of Agreement

7. Disputes

7.1. Any disputes regarding commission calculations or payments must be submitted in writing within [number] days from the date of the payment statement.
